4. Recruitment Services

For Employers (Founders / Hiring Managers)

• Services are provided on a contingency basis (payment upon successful placement)
• Fees and terms are agreed upon separately in writing
• We make no guarantees regarding hiring outcomes or candidate performance
• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice

For Candidates (Engineers)

• Submitting your profile does not guarantee placement
• We may share your information with potential employers (with your consent)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You may request removal from our database at any time

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services (e.g., Calendly for scheduling, Recruiterflow for job listings). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site
• Accuracy or completeness of information on the Site
• Successful placement or hiring outcomes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.
