An award-winning leading investment management company are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their growing technology team. They are looking for strong communicators with strong Software Delivery experience. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys innovating, problem solving and wants to be at the forefront of transformation. As the company continue to grow organically and through acquisition, the firm is in the process of redefining its technology strategy which requires proprietary applications that can grow at scale. The current technology landscape is a mixture of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke in-house developments. The integration of these platforms will be paramount before further developing client facing technology.
 
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
  • * Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
  • * Experienced Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks of Kanban
  • * Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on product quality
  • * Able to work independently, excellent personal organisation and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation
  • * Very strong interpersonal skills
  • * Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department
  • * A real interest in problem solving and focused on results - Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery Exposure to - or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches
  • * You will have freedom to choose working remotely or in the office
