- An international organization that works over 100 countries across the world are looking for a User Experience Designer.
They need a User Experience Designer to deliver high quality user experience and design solutions which meet the business needs of the online activity, in line with the vision of the Digital Director and Global Head of User Experience and Visual Design. Working with stakeholders, the UX Designer will contribute to the development of user experience solutions for online products and complex projects across the organisation, leading their implementation as required.This will involve working closely with a range of stakeholders, as well as leading regular user research or testing activities to ensure designs are truly user centred. He/she will play a key role within a multidisciplinary team working to define the UX for a new, flexible (component-based), CMS. This will integrate and transform a number of global systems, extending to both our public-facing information/transactional websites and staff editor experience
Main responsibilities: UX (User Experience) Designer- Advanced Axure prototyping skills
- Leading workshops (remotely with dispersed global teams) to conduct typical UX activities e.g. user needs profiling, user journey mapping, gathering feedback on sketches
- Managing complex / senior stakeholder groups, presenting concepts, handling feedback
- Commercial / conversion-focussed UX design (e.g. products / sales journeys, registration/booking/payment systems)
- Experienced in planning and leading remote online user testing (lookback.io)
- Desirable: knowledge/experience of blockchain, ensuring it is baked into agile iteration cycle, conversion-rate optimisation (CRO / AB testing)
