Join our team to roll out new products on an ambitious roadmap! We're seeking a Junior Business Analyst for our Wealth Management Platform. Graduates from top-ranking universities are encouraged to apply, however you will be required to have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience from an internship or graduate scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate feature design
- Lead requirement and design sessions with customers, business leaders, and product management
- Create user journeys and documentation of change, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed specifications and wireframes
- Update living product documentation to reflect implemented changes
- Assist with user acceptance testing and communicate change to stakeholders
- Prioritize backlogs as needed
Experience Required:
- Graduated from a top-ranking university
- Minimum of 2 years commercial experience from an internship or graduate scheme
- Financial planning experience in wealth management
- Strong ability to elicit, validate, and document system requirements
- Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
- Internship or experience through a graduate program
